The Kansas biofuels industry is grateful to the Kansas congressional delegation for Congress’ advancement of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) to the Senate Thursday morning. EPA is accepting comments on its plan to reallocate future Renewable Fuel Standard volumes lost to small refinery exemptions (SREs) until Friday, Nov. 29. These Local Consult meetings will inform the state's next Long Range Transportation Plan, the planning document that will guide investments from 2020 to 2045.
